Overview
The Library was established in the year 1989 with the inception of the College. Tolani College of Commerce Library is one of the best modern Libraries in Mumbai suburbs. It is spacious and well ventilated backed by efficient services supplemented by courteous and competent staff. The Library supports the teaching and learning activities and acts as a focal point to meet the information requirements of faculty members, students and staff of the College. The Library collects, stores and disseminates information besides offering computerized services to its users.
The College has a Library Advisory Committee consisting of the Principal, Librarian, Senior faculty members, and student representatives. The main objective of the committee is to ensure optimum utilization of the Library resources through formulation of policy guidelines.
Online Public Access Catalogue (Web OPAC)
Live FacilityAn Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) is an online database of all resources and materials available in our library. Anyone can access the catalogue facility with the help of any device (mobile phone, laptop, tablet, desktop).
Access the online catalogue from any device outside the college premises over the internet.
Access Web OPAC (Internet)High-speed dedicated access when connected within college premises or inside the Library LRC.
Access Within College (LAN)Note: Kindly use the Internet Server link when accessing from mobile phones, laptops, or home networks. Use the Campus Server link when connected inside the College premises or Learning Resource Centre.

Online Resources Access
The Library resources comprises books, journals, magazines, reports and CD ROMs. Every year the collection is strengthened by addition of latest resources. The College Library also subscribes to databases such as NLIST and ProQuest’s ABI-INFORM to facilitate access to scholarly e-contents.
Access to the Collection
The Library follows the Open Access System. Books in the Library have been classified according to the Dewey Decimal Classification Scheme. Further, the Library is fully automated using SLIM21 software with the Online Public Access Catalogue (Web OPAC) accessible across all devices.
